Revolution Cheer & Tumbling Center Staff

Alonna Johnson (Director) is an alumni of Methacton High School. She cheered at Hofstra University on the Co-ed Varsity team while working as a Head Instructor for the National Cheerleaders Association. Upon graduation, Coach Johnson began her coaching career at Norristown Area High School, moving to Methacton High School in 1998. During her time at Methacton, the program grew considerably, bringing home the Suburban One title in their division in 2004 and 2005. Methacton's crowning achievement occurred in 2005 when they earned the title of ECA Large Varsity National Champions. Coach Johnson is a teacher in the Methacton School District. She is USASF credentialed through Level 5 in stunts, tosses, and tumbling, and is USAG and CPR certified. She is thrilled to realize one of her dreams of being part of an amazing cheer family that emphasizes character and building the skills necessary to be successful on and off the mat. She loves spending her time off with her husband, two kids, and two dogs.
Deana Ellison (Gym Manager; Cheer & Tumbling Coach) has been with Penn Elite for ten seasons. Prior to coming to Revolution, Deana spent more than ten years coaching at the high school and all star levels, winning various local and national championships. Additionally, Deana has spent time judging with various organizations, teaching pre-school gymnastics and recreational gymnastics. Deana is also the Head Coach of a successful local high school program.  Deana is USASF credentialed through Level 5 in stunts, tosses and tumbling. Deana works both hands-on coaching Pumas, Panthers and Cats, and behind the scenes as the gym manager. In her free time (when it happens!), Deana enjoys traveling, going to the movies and spending time with friends and family. Deana's favorite part of coaching is hearing the applause in the gym and on the mat when a athlete hits a new skill- there is no greater feeling than the love and support of the PE cheer family! 
Kristin Gabriel (Cheer & Tumbling Coach) Kristin started gymnastics at the age of seven and competed until she was thirteen. Kristin began cheering in eighth grade when she made the Arcola Middle School squad. As a freshman at Methacton High School, Kristin was part of the varsity squad which won Suburban One and ECA National titles with Coach Alonna Johnson. Kristin was a four year varsity squad member and a co-captain her senior year at Methacton High School. She was also a member of the Penn Elite Panthers from their beginning in 2005 until 2008 when she graduated. Kristin studied General Biology and Human Development at the University of Maryland, and graduated in 2012 with her bachelor's degree. Kristin is USASF certified in stunts, tosses and tumbling through Level 4. She has coached Penn Elite teams at all levels and age groups in the past few years. Currently, Kristin coaches the Pumas and the Leopards. Kristin cannot wait to see what the future has in store for the Penn Elite Family!
Megan O'Neal (Tumbling Coach) Megan graduated from Eastern University in 2013 with an Early childhood, Elementary and Special Education degree.  She has many years and experience coaching tumbling, recreational gymnastics, Allstar and High School cheer and dance in the local area. Megan loves working with all levels and all ages. 
Rob Lord (Tumbling Coach) Rob has been involved in competitive gymnastics as a parent, coach, and judge for many years. He is the owner of Mr. Windshield, an auto glass care company. Rob has a special way with athletes of all ages and abilities.
Jenny Rose Miller (Cheer & Tumbling Coach) After a short hiatus, we are thrilled to have Jenny Rose back in the gym! Jenny Rose started as a member of the Penn Elite Panthers while she was in high school. She received her Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Science Education from Immaculata University and is currently a FCS teacher at Wissahickon Middle School. Jenny Rose works well with athletes of all ages and has coached classes and teams of various levels over the years.  She also has experience coaching at the high school level. Currently, Jenny Rose is a coach of the Panthers and the Lynx! In her free time, Jenny Rose enjoys exercising, exploring new restaurants and spending time with her family, friends and pets! 
Danielle Smith (Tumbling Coach) We are excited to have Danielle back with us after a few years off to start a family. Danielle is a co-founder of Revolution and the Penn Elite All Stars and has coached all ages and levels of cheer and tumbling. Danielle also works as a school psychologist in the Methacton School District.  She resides in Royersford with her husband Sam and two children, Ethan and Emmy.  She is very excited to be back at Revolution and so thrilled to be working with such an amazing group of athletes, parents and coaches! 
Kate Adams (Cheer & Tumbling Coach) was both a cheerleader and gymnast for most of her life. She was a cheerleader at Downingtown East High School where she was a captain her junior year and had the opportunity to participate in NCA Nationals her senior year. Kate has coaching experience through assistant coaching and teaching tumbling for various school teams. Kate has her degree in Secondary Education from Penn State University and currently teaches Biology at Franklin Towne Charter High School in Philadelphia, PA, where she is also the Head Cheerleading Coach. Kate is USASF credentialed through Level 4 in stunts, tosses and tumbling and is a current coach of the Penn Elite Cats and Lynx. Kate and her husband, Trevor, live in Phoenixville.  When she is not coaching, Kate enjoys baking and playing with her crazy dog and cat. She loves being a part of the Penn Elite All Star family!
Alicia Mandraccia   (Cheer Coach)  Alicia found cheerleading at the age of ten when she joined both school cheer and competitive cheer.  At St. Pius X High School, Alicia was on the competition team, and was named captain in her senior year.  She was an NCAA athlete, cheering at East Stroudsburg University.   Alicia holds degrees in both Political Science and in Communications.  She has been coaching All Star cheer for five years, and this is her 3rd  year with the Penn Elite All Stars.  Alicia is an Assistant Coach for the Penn Elite Cats.  When she is not at the gym, Alicia works as a recruiter in the area of finance and accounting for a firm located in King of Prussia.  In her spare time, Alicia enjoys spending time with her family. 
Laura Siciliano (Cheer Coach) Laura has been involved in the cheer and dance world for years as a cheerleaders, dancer, and choreographer. She is a former Temple cheerleader and the founder of Elite Dance Force - one of the first competitive all star dance programs in our area. Laura is currently finishing her Masters in Special Education and coaches the Lions.
